JC-2021 Oxidized Polyethylene Wax is a high-melting-point lubricant. The complex oxidation process imparts hydroxyl and carboxyl groups to OPE, rendering it compatible with PVC. The unoxidized portion of polyethylene migrates to the surface due to its weak polarity, providing metal release properties.
Used in high-density foamed sheets to increase product foaming density while also enhancing foam density.Product Advantages
● Compared to PE wax, it exhibits excellent compatibility with fillers, color masterbatches, and PVC resin.
● Enhances surface toughness and gloss.
● Increases fusion while reducing torque.
● Offers superior dispersibility and acts as a coupling agent between fillers and PVC resin.
● Can replace most high-end PE waxes and imported foreign waxes.
