Yellow Foaming Agent
AC foaming agents feature small particle size and narrow particle size distribution, enabling uniform dispersion and easy control during the foaming process. They exhibit relatively concentrated temperatures and deliver excellent foaming results. When used in foamed materials, they form independent spherical cells, creating a three-dimensional honeycomb-like structure that imparts superior mechanical strength to the material. Compared to conventional AC foaming agents, it exhibits smaller particle size, narrower particle size distribution, easier foam process control, more uniform dispersion, and finer bubble pores.
AC's decomposition temperature ranges from 212.6°C at the start to 230°C at the end. Decomposition is the process of heating a substance to cause gradual volatilization and breakdown, while measuring its weight change with increasing temperature.
For AC particle size distribution, D50 data analysis indicates that a smaller span signifies a more uniform and narrower distribution.
