Product Description
JC-2021 oxidized polyethylene wax is a high melting point lubricant. The complex oxidation process gives OPE hydroxyl and carboxylic groups, making it compatible with PVC. The unoxidized part of polyethylene migrates to the surface due to its weak polarity, providing metal stripping properties.
Used for high-density foam sheet, increase the foam density of the product, but also increase the foam density.Product Advantages
1.Good compatibility with filler, master batches and PVC resin compare with PE wax
2. Improve toughness and gloss on the surface
3. Increase fusion while reducing torque
4.Excellent dispersity and with role of coupling agent between filler and PVC resin
5. Replace most high-end PE wax, foreign imported wax
